Signs of the Times V

If you have read one through four of 'Signs of the Times'
you know what is coming, You know it's going to be difficult
and a time of great sorrow. What happens at the end though,
seven years of tribulation and then what? Plain and simple..
after the tribulation comes the thousand year reign of God/Christ.
Now you are probably wondering..
"A thousand years? huh? why only a thousand years"
first lets establish how this happens. Now the army of the anti-christ
and all who have been marked(mark of the beast)
have marched down to a place called Armageddon.
Now comes Christ on a white horse with the army of heaven,

"I saw heaven standing open and there before me
was a white horse, whose rider was called faithful and true.

On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written:
KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

Then I saw the beast(Anti Christ) and the kings of the earth
and their armies gathered together to make war against
the rider on the white horse and his army. But the beast
was captured, and with him the false prophet who had
performed the miraculous signs on his behalf. With
these signs he had deluded those who had received
the mark of the beast and worshiped his image. The
two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning
sulfur."
Revelation 19: 11,16,20

Now comes the thousand year reign of Christ
and his followers on earth,called by most as "The Millennial Period"
During this time an Angel with the key to the abyss
comes and binds Satan there for 1 thousands years so he cant
come and deceive anyone on earth for that time period.

And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having
the key to the abyss and holding in his hand a great chain.
He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil,
or satan, and bound him for a thousand years.

And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because
of their testimony for Jesus and because of the word of God.
They had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not
received his mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came
to life and reigned with christ a thousand years.
Revelation 20:1-4

After the thousand years are up, Satan will be released
and he will go out to deceive, and gather
people for another battle. They will march on to Jerusalem
(the camp of Gods people) they will surround it,
but they will not be able to touch it for fire will reign down
from heaven, and satan will be thrown into the
lake of burning sulfur. However this time it will be for ever and ever.

When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his
prison and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners
of the earth-Gog and Magog- to gather them for battle. In number
they are like the sand on the seashore. They marched across the
breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of Gods people,
the city he loves. But fire came down from heaven and devoured
them. And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake
of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been
thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
Revelation 20:7-10


Now comes the time where everyone is judged,
if we are not found in the book of life then we are tossed
into the fiery lake of sulfur with Satan.

If anyone's name was not found written in the book of life,
he was thrown into the lake of fire.
Revelation 20:15

Most people already know about being judge,
and what happens to those who haven't acknowledge
Christ as the son of God, So there really isn't a need to get into all that.
The reason for this series of blogs was to point out the signs...
to point out what to watch out for, for those who may not know what's coming.
For those who may be left behind, and yet sense something isn't right.
I feel the time is near, and I find it hard to explain to people.
For I know every time a disaster happens 9/11 or the Y2K scare
somebody jumps up and says "Armageddon is near!! Christ is coming soon!"
and people just laugh when it doesn't happen. It's like the boy who cried wolf..
All I know is we all should be ready for his coming, we should be
ready for his return, not because I said so, but because Jesus himself
said for us to always be ready for the master to return.
You hear talk, and if you have been to Rev22-12.com you know I
believe we must be on the watch, we must keep an eye on
Israel,Iran and Russia...because they play a huge role in end times prophecy.
God will not stand by and let the promise land be wiped off the map,
as Iran and the Jihadists want. It's a fact that the Jewish people are
Gods chosen people, and we can only pray that more come to know
Jesus as the messiah. We as Christians should embrace them,
and we should stand with them.

I pray we would ready ourselves for his return, does that mean we stand back
and say "Oh Christ is returning soon, so I don't need to do this or that"
no..you still have to live your life. What I'm trying to say is this..
knowing He is coming soon doesn't mean you stop living,
it simply means we should live as we always should have.
We should study Gods word and strive to live how He wants us to,
we should defend Christ, and not hide our beliefs because its the
politicly correct thing to do. We should reach out and pick up
the fallen, We should be helping the sinner and the lost,
not just hiding in our church and inflating our egos.

Christ's return is a blessing, and most of us cant wait.
This earth..this world...it isn't heaven, if anything it's more like hell.
A lot of people have become blinded however,
and I'm not just talking about the atheist or none believer
I'm mostly talking about the believer in general.
The church who doesn't want to talk about Christ's return,
The church who only turns to revelation to talk about Hell...
not a lot of church's want to preach about his second coming,
they treat it as a taboo subject, and they only focus on the here and now..
they focus on God blessing you and giving you tenfold on what you put
in to the church. Don't get me wrong, God does bless you...
God, if it's his will, can put you in a job where you earn lots of money,
He can even give you a winning lottery ticket. All things are possible,
However to focus so much on what God can do for you, instead
of what you can do for others is completely wrong. Prosperity is great..
sure, but you can't take it with you when you die. I believe
because of certain pastors and church's the average believer has
become blinded to believe Heaven is on earth. That everything
is all sunshine and lollipops as long as you believe in Jesus,
and he is like a genie in the sky that will make you rich as long as you
do this that or the other thing. Have we forgotten it's not about works?
WAKE UP! This church...these pharisees...these hypocrites are
not the reason Jesus Christ first came to earth, Jesus came
for the none believer, He came for the sinner. He didn't come
to those who believed they were saved because of what they
did for the church or in there lives.....Jesus first came for those
who didn't know of his grace, who didn't know of love,
He came for the blind...in todays terms he came for the
Druggie, the Alcoholic, the Prostitute, the Thief, the Liar, and the Lost
He came for everyone in the end, Because without his sacrifice
none of us would be able to enter Gods kingdom, for we are all sinners.
So if Jesus while on earth reached out to "the hopeless and lost"
shouldn't we as well? Jesus first came to earth to save us,
and soon he will return again, not to save us per say, but to bring
everlasting peace and joy to those who recognize him as the Christ.

"Behold I am coming soon my reward is with me,
and I will give to everyone according to what they've done."
Revelation 22:12

Signs of the Times IV

Now we begin to talk about the Tribulation period,
those that believed in the son of God
have been raptured from the earth. 

This however doesn't mean...

that the people that are left still can't be saved.
If you are here during such a time, you'll have a choice to make..
If you choose Christ, then be prepared to be persecuted
be prepared for pain and suffering worse then you can imagine.
If you choose the Anti-Christ for a short period, like I've stated before,
It may seem like paradise(Heaven on earth) but only for a short while..
because during this 7 year tribulation period God is not going to stand Idle.
First you will see the Seven seals, the first four being the
"Four horsemen of apocalypse"
Pestilence, War, Famine, and death.

"And I saw, and behold a white horse: he that

sat on him had a bow;

and a crown was given unto him; and he went forth conquering"


"Then another horse came out, a fiery red one.
Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth
and to make men slay each other. To him was given a large sword"


"Then came a black horse! it's rider was
holding a pair of scales in his hand. Then I heard what sounded like a voice
saying "A quart of wheat for a days wages, and three quarts of barley
for a days wages."

"Then there before me was a pale horse! it's riders name was death,
and hades was following close behind him. They were given power
over a fourth of the earth to kill by the sword famine and plague.
Revelation 6

Then next we have the last three seals

When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under an alter
the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God
and the testimony they had maintained.

I watched as he opened the sixth seal.
There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth
made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red,
and the stars in the sky fell to earth,
and every mountain and island was removed from it's place.

When he opens the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven
for about half an hour. And I saw the seven angels
who stand before God, and to them were given seven trumpets.
And there came peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning
and an earthquake.
Revelation 6 and 7

As you can see it's going to be a very difficult time,
and this isn't even the full seven years of the Tribulation,
bare with me because we are just getting started.
Now comes the seven trumpets that are blown..

TRUMPET I
The first Angel sounded his trumpet, and there came
hail and fire mixed with blood, 

and it was hurled down upon the earth.
A third of the earth was burned up, 

a third of the trees were burned up,
and all the green grass was burned up

TRUMPET II
The second Angel sounded his trumpet, 

and something like a huge mountain, all ablaze, 

was thrown into the sea. 

A third of the sea turned to blood, 

a third of the living creatures in the sea died,
and a third of the ships were destroyed.

TRUMPET III
The third angel sounded his trumpet, 

and a great star, blazing like a torch, fell from the sky 

on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water- 

the name of the star is wormwood.
A third of the waters turned bitter, and many people
died from the waters that had become bitter.

TRUMPET IV
The fourth angel sounded his trumpet,

and a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, 

and a third of the stars, so that a third of them turned dark.
A third of the day was without light, and a third of the night.

TRUMPET V
The fifth angel sounded his trumpet, 

and I saw a star that had fallen from the sky
to earth. The star was given the key to the shaft of abyss.
When he opened the Abyss, 

smoke rose from it like the smoke from a gigantic furnace.

 Out of the smoke came locusts who were given power
like that of scorpions. 

They were told to only harm humans who did not have the seal 

of God on their foreheads. They were not given power to kill them,

only to torture them for five months. And the agony they suffered

was like that of the sting of a scorpion. 

During those days men will seek death
but they will not find it; 

they will long to die, but death will elude them.

TRUMPET VI
The sixth angel sounded his trumpet, 

and I heard a voice coming from the horns
of the golden altar that is before God. 

It said to the sixth angel who had the trumpet
"release the four angels who are bound at the great river euphrates." 

And the four angels who had been kept ready for this very hour 

and day and month and year were released to kill a third of mankind.

The rest of mankind that were not killed by these plagues still did not
repent of the work of their hands; 

they did not stop worshipping demons, and idols of gold,silver,bronze,stone 

and wood- idols that cannot see or hear or walk.

Nor did they repent of their murders, there magic arts,
their sexual immorality or their thefts.

TRUMPET VII
The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, bringing flashes of lightning,
rumblings, peals of thunder, an earthquake and a great hailstorm.
Revelation 8,9,10,11

As you can see this will be a time of great stress,
and you can just imagine how horrible it's going to be in these times.
To put it simply...it's going to be hell on earth, so bad
that people will plead and scream for death... but it will not come.
There will be no easy way out...again this is all in a span of just seven years
and we still haven't covered the seven vials/bowls or the climatic ending
of Christ coming down to earth and purging it from evil.

Bowl I
The first angel went and poured out his bowl on the land,
and ugly painful sores broke out on the people who had
the mark of the beast and worshiped his image.

Bowl II
The Second angel poured out his bowl on the sea, and it turned into
blood like that of a dead man, and every living thing in the sea died.

Bowl III
The third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water,
and they became blood.

Bowl IV
The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and the sun
was given power to scorch people with fire. they were seared
by the intense heat and they cursed God, who had control
over these plagues, but they refused to repent and glorify him.

Bowl V
The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his
kingdom was plunged into darkness. Men gnawed their tongues in
agony and cursed the God of heaven because their pains and
their sores, but they refused to repent for what they have done.

Bowl VI
The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates,
and it's water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings of the east.
Then I saw three evil spirits who looked like frogs; they came out of the
mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth
of the false prophet. They are spirits of demons performing miraculous
signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them
for battle on the great day of God almighty.
Then they gathered the kings together to the place
that in hebrew is called Armageddon

Bowl VII
The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, then came a loud
voice from the throne saying, "It is done!" Then there came
flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, and a severe
earthquake. NO earthquake like it has ever occurred since man
has been on earth, so tremendous was the earthquake.
The great city split into three parts, and the cities of the nations
collapsed. Every island fled away and the mountains could
not be found. From the sky huge hailstones of about a hundred pounds
each fell upon men. And they cursed God on account of the plague of hail,
because it was so terrible.
Revelation 16

It just keeps getting worse, instead of 1/3 of the sea
it's all of the sea. It's the sun scorching people alive... and a great earthquake,

bigger then any ever on earth before. 

Now I'm sure if you've been reading these blogs..you've heard me say

"If the old prophecies came to pass surely the new Testament ones will"

Before I get into the final battle of the end times, and what happens.
I'm sure you would like proof that the old prophecies were fulfilled right?
So here we go, lets start with..
Micah 5:2 (700 years before Christ)

"But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans
of Judah,
out of you will come from me one who will be ruler over Israel,
whose origins are from of old, from ancient times."

Jesus of course was born in Bethlehem of Judea, obviously
fulfilling part of that prophecy, and fulfilling the part about
"origins are from old ancient times" Jesus the son of God said
in John 8:58

"I tell you the truth, Before Abraham was born, I am"

Then in Zechariah (450 years before Christ)
this was said..

"Rejoice greatly, O' daughter of Zion!
Shout, Daughters of Jerusalem!
See, your king comes to you,
righteous and having salvation,
gentle and riding on a donkey,
on a colt, the foal of a donkey.
Zechariah 9:9

of course we can see that was fulfilled later
through Jesus Christ in Matthew..

"The disciples went and did as Jesus told them.
They brought the donkey and the colt, placed their cloaks
on them, and Jesus sat on them. A very large crowd spread their cloaks
on the road, while the others cut branches from the trees and spread
them on the road, and they shouted
"Hosanna to the son of David!"
"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD!"
Matthew 21:6-9

Then back in Isaiah (700 years before Christ)
this was said...

" I offered my back to those who beat me, my cheeks to those who
pulled out my beard; I did not hide my face from mocking and spitting."
Isaiah 50:6

I'm sure you can see already where this is going,
but lets look at Matthew

"Then they spit in his face and struck him with their fists.
Others slapped him and said
"Prophesy to us Christ. Who hit you?"
Matthew 26:67

"But he was pierced for our transgressions,
He was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was upon him,
and by his wounds we are healed"
Isaiah 53:5

"For he bore the sins of many, and made intercession
for the transgressors"
Isaiah 53:12

And obviously those also were fulfilled in the new testament...

"When they came to the place called the skull,
there they crucified him,
along with the criminals-one on his right and one on his left.
Jesus said: "Father forgive them for they know not what they do"
Luke 23:33-43

Then in Psalms 1,000 years before Christ it was said...

"They divided my garments among them
and cast lots for my clothing."
Psalms 22:18

We also know that was fulfilled by looking right back at Luke
when he was crucified...

"and they divided up his clothes by casting lots"
Luke 23:34

Going back to Psalms we can find this was said also...

"I can count all my bones people stare and gloat over me"
Psalms 22:17

which we know is fulfilled in the new Testament
about Jesus's bones not being broken...

"But when they came up to Jesus, and they saw that he was already dead
they did not break his legs"
John 19:33

There is obviously much more from the Old Testament,
I could talk about Moses and Israel, Abraham and God telling
him how he will have many children and so on and so on..
Not to mention, the many times Jesus told his disciples about
what was going to have to happen to him, and only later
after it happened did they truly understand.
The fact is the Bible isn't something you pick and choose
what suits you, It is the divine written word of God.
It's not about a bunch of crazy stories..
or a book you open every once and awhile to make you feel good.
It was written, not only, to tell us how we should live,
but obviously to tell us what is coming.

Signs of the Times III

For you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like
a thief in the night. While people are saying, "Peace and safety"
destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains
on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.
                                                   1 Thessalonians 5:2-3

Most of us ask the question
"How much longer O' Lord?"
As each day drags on we wonder just what He is waiting for.
I personally really have no clue.
Now I realize for some readers
these last couple of blogs "Signs of the Times"
really just sounds like a bunch of mumbo jumbo,
maybe you think it's some sort of wishful thinking or fairy tail.
I ask you, was Christ a fairy tail? surely he was not..
The Old Testament is full of prophecy about a coming Messiah..
a Savior, and through Him a new covenant would be born.
He would be pierced for our transgressions, crushed for our iniquities
the punishment that brought us peace was upon him.
That Messiah the Old Testament talked about..
who prophet after prophet spoke about,
that Messiah, was Jesus Christ.
The son of God, who was nailed to a tree for our sins, and rose again.
He promised he would return again, and He spoke of the signs to watch for.

So Christ was Sacrificed once, and he will return a second time
not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.
                                                                                             Hebrews 9:28

So what is my point you ask?
In these times we live in, it would seem that we are closer then ever to His return.
We need to WAKE UP! Shouldn't we be ready at anytime?
Didn't Jesus tell us not to fall asleep? To always be ready..
for the Master of the house to return?
That we should know the SEASON?
Many in a twinkling of an eye will disappear from this earth..

Two men will be in the field: One will be taken and the other left.
Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; One will be taken
and the other left. Therefore keep watch, because you
do not know on what day your Lord will come. But understand this:
If the owner of the house had known at what time of the night
the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not
have let his house be broken into. So you also must be ready,
because the son of man will come at
an hour when you do not expect him.
                                            Matthew 24:40-44

So what does that mean for those who are left behind?
It means 7 years of Tribulation..
7 years of triba...what?
Tribulation..in Daniel it says..

There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning
of nations until then.
                       Daniel 12:1

It's pretty much described starting in Revelations chapter 6.
Like i've said in the past couple of blogs...
a False Prophet will come, his job is to awe and amaze you,
not so you worship him, oh no,
he will turn your attention to the Anti-Christ..
who is to be worshipped. He will come with false hope,
and he will come in peace (At first)
You see if you think about it, The Jewish people
(the ones who don't believe in Jesus)
They are still waiting for their Messiah,
and they along with everyone else
will be tricked and deceived into believing Satan aka the "anti-Christ"
is that Messiah they've been waiting for.
What better way to be praised by this world then through peace hmm?
like for example bringing peace to the middle east.
You see during the beginning stages of this "Tribulation"
it's not going to seem bad at all. However it's all just an illusion
because quickly it will take a turn for the worst.

He also forced everyone, small and great,
rich and poor, free and slave,
to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, so that no one
could buy or sell unless he had the mark,
which is the name of the beast
or the number of his name. His number is 666
                                                   Revelation 13:16-18

Yes indeed, the mark of the beast...you will be forced to have it,
that is of course if you want to eat, shelter yourself,
pretty much do anything, you will have to have this mark.
There will be no bibles of any kind allowed,
no religion except for the worship of himself.
If you happen to be in this time, you will see some horrible things..
scratch that, you will see a lot of horrible things.
This is the famous "four horsemen of the apocalypse"
that pretty much everyone has heard of.
Pestilence, War, Famine and Death..
Followed by 7 trumpets being blown, and the 7 vials

All this is in the bible, and although it may seem like
crazy nut job kind of stuff.
I feel the time is upon us,
for if the Old Testament prophecies were fulfilled,and they were.
What makes you think that the New Testament prophecies wont?
Now I'm sure you have been asking yourself this whole time..

"Why do so many think we are so close?"

Well...with the world economies struggling as they are,
and the talks of a "Global currency" a "New world order"
it just seems, to me..
like a perfect time for someone to rise up and take control
It just seems to be building to that direction.
Not to mention the threats of nuclear arms, terrorists attacks...
Israel surrounded by enemies, Starvation around the world...
earthquakes,famines, it's all there.
A church that I keep telling you
has become nothing more then a money machine,
A lack of care for human life(Abortion is genocide)
A lack of respect for God and his laws...
We have become a generation of filth disgust and a generation of ME..
It's become about what's good for ME.

"Yeah so...what does that have to do with anything?"

Listen, I'm not claiming to be a prophet..
I'm not claiming I know when he is returning.
I'm just prepared and ready for His return,
and personally I can't see how he wont return in my life time.
In fact, I can't say He wont return in the next five minutes.
Lets look at this in common sense terms...
So..the economy sucks big time..
Not just in the States but around the world.
As I said they want to solve this issue in a global way,
pretty much like this whole "Global Warming" go "green" deal..
with everyone in distress and panic
it's only obvious a downed economy brings more crime,
anarchy creating chaos. Right now the government
is acting like they are the savior, however they are the problem,
and they have been for a long...long...long time,
So don't think I'm just bashing Obama, Oh no...he's just a puppet.
This country was built on morals that we have lost.
The whole point I'm trying to make is this...
when everyone is down and chaos is abound
The time is right for a "savior"
and remember I said the Anti Christ will come in peace.
Because of him things will be better,
this is so people will believe in him, put there trust in him,
and when the world falls in love with him,
when the world follows him blindly
chaos and tribulation begin
...which we will cover next week..

"Peace...Peace..he cries, bringing the world united,
As all become blinded
corruption and destruction are his first love."

A lot of end time believers have their eyes on the middle east,

looking for a rebuilt Babylon(Iraq)

and keeping their eyes on Israel which is the promise land.

Israel is the hot spot/capital of the world...

It is where the final battle will be fought against God and Satan,

and many believe it will be the starting point for Christ return/Tribulation

God said in Genesis 12 he would bless those who bless you(Israel),

and curse those who curse you(Israel).

Some believe Jesus will return before any action happens against Israel,

others believe Jesus will return after Israel is attacked by Iran/Russia.

Either way...with what is building up over in the middle east,

and what is happening in this world today, His return can't be far off.

Signs of the Times II

Watch out that no one deceives you.
Many will come in my name, claiming, I am He
and will deceive many. When you hear of wars
and rumors of wars, do not be alarmed.
Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.
Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom
against kingdom. There will be earthquakes
in various places, and famines.
These are the beginning of birth pains.
                                                  Mark 13:5-8

Jesus warns us of false prophets...
Many will come in His name,
People will claim they are of Christ, only to lead you down the wrong path.
The Church today has become so convoluted.
If we don't seek Gods word for ourselves,
and we only listen to what a Pastor says, then we have failed.
We are suppose to test the spirit,
seek Gods word.. to see if what is being preached is of God or not.
Some don't like to even touch Revelations or the coming of Christ,
while others, that is all they focus on.
Some like to say there is no gifts of the spirit..
While others believe there is.
We are all so confined in our little boxes,
so inclined to push each other away
falling into our little denominational ways,
that I really can see a lot of us are
being blinded by false teachers already.
Jesus wanted us to be ONE not divided.
Not only are we so far away from what we should be,
What do christians today stand for?
What does the church stand for?
It seems to me, not only has the church become pharisaical,
but they, in the end, really stand for nothing.
They only stand up for what they believe is right,
not Gods morals or laws.
We seriously don't have time for all the bickering and bullcrap,
In these difficult times, and the times that are coming..
We must put aside the differences.
We must stand up and lift up the fallen...
to be the example we are suppose to be.
Or we can be just another person knocking on that door..
begging Jesus Christ to let us in.
This is what God says about the church
and where it will stand in the end times.

I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot.
I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you
are lukewarm-neither hot nor cold-
I am about to spit you out of my mouth.
                                                   Revelation 3:15-16

Listen when it comes to End Times Prophecy
I know it's easy to get lost in it,
it's easy to be confused and not understand a lot of it.
Daniel/Ezekiel/Revelations ..
are not exactly reader friendly.
There's plenty of people online..
ready and willing to tell you what they mean.
I'm not going to ever claim I know something that I don't,
I pray for Gods wisdom when reading the word.
I urge you to do the same, pray God reveals the word to you,
and maybe we can help each-other understand it.
Don't be blinded by false teaching and people claiming they know
the exact day of Christ's return.

Don't let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come
until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawless-ness is revealed,
the man doomed to destruction. He will oppose and will exalt
himself over everything that is called God or worshiped,
So he sets himself up in God's temple,
proclaiming himself to be God.
                              2 Thessalonians 2:3-4

The man of Lawlessness is of course referring to the anti-Christ.
There will be a man who comes and does miracles,
and great wonders...who will proclaim himself as God/The Christ.
Everyone will be in awe of him, and the world will unite under him.
Those that don't will be persecuted.
He will set himself up in "God's temple"
meaning he will set himself up in Israel.
I don't claim to know exactly how it's going to go..I'm just quoting
verses that plainly tell it like it is.
Most believe the Jewish temple will have to be rebuilt
before this all happens. That temple was destroyed in 70 A.D
by the Romans. The plans are already made,
and they have the place picked out.

When you see the abomination that causes desolation
standing where it does not belong-let the reader understand-
                                                                                   Mark 13:14

He will confirm a covenant with many for one 'seven'
In the middle of the 'seven' he will put an end to sacrifice
and offerings. And on a wing of the temple he will set up
an Abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is
decreed is poured out on him.
                                                 Daniel 9:27

Many believe this means, when the jews rebuild the temple..
they will bring back sacrificial offerings.
Then when the man of "lawlessness" aka "The Anti Christ"
takes over the temple he will put a stop to sacrificial offerings.
Some say it's just simply talking about the day "The Anti Christ"
sets up his throne in Jerusalem. That will be a day of
"Abomination that causes desolation"
Before it gets all confusing, lets just establish this one easy fact..
When you see a man coming and claiming he is your "savior"
and when you see that same man persecuting "believers"
just know that the true Christ is not far away.
Don't become confused with details, and dates...
and this and that. I believe we don't have much time left...
people claim 2012...2017...blah blah..
just be ready and realize, He is coming soon!
The day and the hour is unknown,
and he will come in a twinkling of an eye.
if you think the economy and your life is bad now...
just wait, because it's going to get a whole lot worse.
However do not be depressed, don't be down...
because the glorious day of Christ's return is not far away...
HIS TIME IS UPON US!
Ready yourselves now,
be ready to stand up for Christ be ready to lay down your
life as he did for you.
Life is already fleeting as it is...
and I'm telling you we don't have time to argue!

Israel has returned as a nation as most said would have to happen.
1947/1948 it happened, and most have come to understand
that the prophecy has been fulfilled.
To this day Jews in the former soviet union
are trying to return to their homeland.
Most believed this prophecy had to be fulfilled before
more of the end-times prophecies could begin.
Jesus said interestingly enough..

Even so, when you see these things happening,
you know the kingdom of God is near.
I tell you the truth, this generation will certainly not pass away
until all these things have happened.
                                                     Luke 21:31-32

This is why most people believe the time is near.
If you add 70 years(the life expectancy of a human life)
to 1947(the year Israel was reborn) you come up with 2017.
Hence that "generation" of 1947
and as Christ said:
"That generation would not pass away,
until all these things have happened"
could be just another prediction of man made error..
However with all that is happening in todays world,
how far we have come from just a decade or two ago.
In my eyes, Christ can return at any moment..
